Own Your Best Channel

The Channel Where the Commission Line Reads Zero

A marketplace order and a direct order look identical in the kitchen. They do not look identical in your channel report — one hands a percentage of its value to a platform and the other does not. RestioX gives you the second kind: a branded ordering page you price yourself, wired straight into your POS, your kitchen tickets and your stock. It is the channel you actually control, and it is the one worth growing.

  • Branded ordering page with your logo & colors
  • Dine-in, takeaway & delivery in one flow
  • Auto-sync with your kitchen & POS
  • Schedule orders for later pickup or delivery

Marketplaces Included

Already on the Delivery Apps? Bring Them With You.

Most restaurants that look at RestioX are already taking orders on one or two marketplaces. Switching those apps off on a Monday does not make the demand reappear on your own site on a Tuesday — so RestioX does not ask you to. It connects to them instead, and lets your own channel grow underneath.

Uber Eats, Wolt, Bolt Food, Talabat and Grab each have their own built-in adapter. Once a channel is connected, its orders stop being a second business run off a spare tablet by the pass. They become ordinary RestioX orders: same kitchen ticket, same stock deduction, same sales report as a QR order from table six. The one line that differs is the commission — and that is the line your own ordering page exists to shrink.

  • Publish your RestioX menu out to a connected platform, or import theirs to start from
  • New orders arrive on their own, so nobody has to re-key a tablet order into the POS
  • Accept an order from RestioX, inside the platform’s acceptance window
  • Kitchen progress travels back the other way, so the customer’s tracker matches your pass
  • Both channels report side by side, so you can price the difference honestly
Connections are set up on the integrations page

Platform credentials are stored encrypted, every inbound webhook is checked against that platform’s signature before an order is created from it, and each sync is logged. A health view scores every connection on its recent syncs — success rate, last successful sync, consecutive failures — so a channel that has quietly stopped delivering orders is visible to you before a customer is.

Under the hood

What the Two-Way Connection Actually Does

  • Menu pushCategories, items, prices and availability are pushed to the connected platform as a background job — so a Tuesday price change is made once in RestioX, not again in a vendor portal.
  • Order pullOrders arrive by webhook where the platform offers a reliable one, and by a scheduled pull where it does not. Either route ends in the same place: a normal order in your list.
  • Status sync backConfirmed, preparing, ready, out for delivery and delivered are translated into each platform’s own status vocabulary and sent back, so the customer’s tracker follows the real kitchen.
  • Item mappingEach platform product is mapped to the RestioX menu item behind it, so recipes, stock and reporting stay attached to one product even after a rename on either side.
  • Signature-verified webhooksEach platform signs its webhooks differently. RestioX verifies the signature for that platform before the payload is trusted — an unsigned or tampered request never becomes an order.
  • Connection healthA scheduled check grades every connection on its recent syncs and flags the ones that have started failing, so an expired token shows up as a warning rather than as missing revenue.
One Pipeline

Your Channels, One Screen

Your own site, a QR code on the table, the kiosk by the door, the counter, and the marketplaces you already sell on. Five ways in, one order list, one kitchen queue, one set of reports.

Same ticket, same stock, same report

Whichever channel an order came in on, it fires the same kitchen ticket, deducts the same ingredients and lands in the same sales report — with its channel recorded on it. That is what makes the comparison possible: you can see what each channel is genuinely worth once its commission is taken off, and decide where to point your next offer.
